Birthday Parties

Let us host your child's next birthday party! Our parties include an hour of games and open play in the gym, and 45 minutes in the party room. We provide two party hosts specifically to your group for the entire duration of the party. 

We will also provide tables, chairs, table cloths, plates, napkins, utensils, and lemonade. You just bring the kids. The best part? We will clean up after! It doesn't get much better than that!


Parties are $200 for up to 15 kids and a guaranteed 2 party hosts! 

There is a $10 charge for each additional playing child.

Children 24 months and younger play FREE. 


To ensure you have the best party experience, please inform us if you are expecting your party to exceed 15 children.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due the day of booking.

Party Start Times

Parties are held on Saturday's and Sunday's only.

Saturday: 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, or 4:30pm

Sunday: 3:00pm & 4:00pm


  1. Please arrive to our facility 10-15 minutes before your party start time to check in with our Party Desk Staff Member and also to drop off any food, decor, or supplies. No early access to the Party Room area is permitted unless otherwise instructed by a P509 Special Events Staff Member.  

  2. In order for our Special Events Staff to properly sanitize the Party Room between party bookings, you will be allotted a very strict 15 minute set up time in Party Room to stage any decor or set up extra supplies/food you have brought for your guests.
    Again, no early access to the Party Room area is permitted unless otherwise instructed by a P509 Special Events Staff Member. Please plan accordingly! Some times less is more! Having food/decor items already prepped and ready to serve/display is strongly suggested. 

  3. Adult spectators are permitted to walk the facility with their children, however anyone over the age of 18 is not permitted play on/in any of the equipment, only observe.

  4. All children MUST have a waiver signed by their parent and/or guardian.

  5. Each extra playing child after the count of 15 playing children is $10 each, children under 24 months are free. 

  6. Our Party Room comfortably seats approximately 20 children. If you expect to have more than this number, please note that it will then be standing room only for the adults at the event in order to provide the seating preference to the kids! 

  7. Per Safesport, we require all children to keep their midriff's covered while playing in the gym. Leotards are encouraged or athletic pants/shorts with tops that are tight fitting or can be tucked in so they won't fly up if upside down.

  8. We have a strict NO ALCOHOL policy on our premises.

  9. Unfortunately, no piñatas.

  10. If your child is on a competitive team at Precizion, please note that high bars and high level gymnastics skills are not permitted and our P509 Open Gym rules are strictly enforced. Our Special Events staff are not P509 Coaches, therefore will not assist with skills or spot any child on any equipment. P509 Special Events Staff will not be held liable if a team athlete injures themselves due to disregarding the P509 Open Gym rules. 

Other Information You Need To Know...

  • Cancellation: A $100 deposit is due the day of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to the rebooking of a party at a later date if the original party reservation is cancelled. If the party is not rescheduled for a new date, the deposit is credited to the family account for future use at Precizion 509. This credit will never expire and can be used on any merchandise or class tuition at the gym. If the party reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled party time, the deposit will be forfeited completely. No exceptions.

  • Waiver: Every child attending the birthday party MUST have a waiver signed by their legal parent/guardian to participate in the gym activities and games. These are provided at the front desk, you can print them off here, or you may create an online account with us and do it digitally.
