Originally from a small town in Northern California, I come from a big, energetic family (30+ cousins!), so I’ve always loved being around kids and lively environments. I moved to Colorado in 2019 after my daughter was born and my brother retired from the Army.
I’m a 5th-grade teacher in District 8 and have been in education for 13 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Administration and am a credentialed teacher in both California and Colorado, as well as a mentor for new teachers. Creating a safe, welcoming, structured, and fun environment is my top priority, whether I’m in the classroom or the gym!
I’ve always loved sports! I played volleyball, basketball, and softball growing up and later coached middle school volleyball and softball. I’m also a huge fan of the San Francisco Giants, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors!
Disneyland is my happy place, and my daughter and I try to make at least one trip there every year.
At the gym, I bring that same energy and love for sports into everything I do. I strive to create a positive, encouraging space where gymnasts can build confidence, grow their skills, and have fun along the way.
Another passion of mine is music. I love going to concerts, singing whenever I can, and listening to all kinds of music. I used to work at a concert venue, so I’ve seen a wide variety of artists. If you have concert recommendations, send them my way!
I’m so excited to be part of the Precizion 509 Gymnastics family and can’t wait for all the amazing moments ahead!
