Parent & Tot (Ages 1-3 Years Old)
For toddlers ages 1-3 years old, not yet potty trained, these 45-minute classes are designed to enhance and challenge your toddler’s gross motor skills. Our goal is for your child to associate fitness with fun and keep him/her excited about physical movement. This class requires parent or guardian involvement.

Through the direction of the instructor, you will guide your child through parachute time, stretching activities, large motor skill challenges, obstacle courses, fun songs, bars, beam, and trampoline activities. There is playtime at the end in the foam pit!
The consistency of the class provides a sense of security to your little one and he/she will feel empowered in knowing what to expect! This class is great for confidence building and encourages bonding time between parent and child.

Advanced Preschool 3-5 Years Old
Our Advanced Preschool classes are offered by coach recommendation or invitation only and are designed for preschoolers who demonstrate potential in key areas such as flexibility, strength, and skill. These classes are intended to build a strong foundation in gymnastics by increasing knowledge, developing core skills, and supporting physical and emotional growth.
Through targeted strength and skill-building exercises, your child will be challenged to expand their capabilities in a fun and supportive environment. These classes place a greater emphasis on strength training than our beginner-level classes, helping to prepare young gymnasts for more advanced techniques in the future.
Please note: Participation in the Advanced Preschool program requires a minimum commitment of two classes per week to support steady progress and skill development.
Please ask our Front Office for our Advanced Preschool Skill List.
Hotshots
Hot Shots is a class offered by coach recommendation only for young gymnasts who are ready for more focused training in strength, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics skills. Designed for girls ages 4–6, this class is ideal for those who have shown strong potential in physical ability, behavior, and readiness for greater challenges.
Hot Shots prepares athletes for the next level—Pre-Team and Team—through more intensive work on foundational skills. While fun and confidence-building remain central, the class emphasizes strength development, improved flexibility, and the introduction of more advanced techniques.
Participants will continue building self-confidence as they explore new skills in a supportive, motivating environment.
Please note: Enrollment in Hot Shots requires two classes per week to ensure consistent progress and skill development.
