Precizion 509 Gymnastics infamous annual Show Meet is an exciting event in which our Recreational and Team Prep gymnasts are invited to participate in our in-house gymnastics meet! P509 is notorious for this extremely popular event as we go ALL OUT in preparation and planning to make sure this event is so special for all our gymnasts who work so hard to learn and progress in their skills and then are given this opportunity to show off all their hard work!

If you are new to P509 or for those that are still learning the sport of gymnastics, our in-house show meet is similar to a dance recital but for gymnastics!

What Is A Show Meet?

Each gymnast will learn routines on 5 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Trampoline, as well as a group dance. Starting in August the gymnasts will be taught the routines in their weekly classes in addition to their regular skills and strength - both of which will be demonstrated in the routines!

During this special Show Meet weekend, your P509 gymnasts will show off all their hard work on their routines to their fellow gymnasts, coaches, friends, and family!

The 2026 Show Meet, "Tumble in the Jungle", will be hosted on the weekend of October 10 & 11th.
Registration will formally open July 6th, 2026! Keep an eye on your email, follow us on our P509 Facebook and Instagram platforms, our website, and look for signage and Show Meet displays throughout The Launch Pad and the Main Gym facility for more information as it comes available.

Who Is Eligible to Register?

The following levels and age groups are invited to register for the Show Meet:

• Preschool Ages 3-4.5 & 4.5-5
• Advanced Preschool
• Beginner & Advanced Girls Ages 6-8 & 9-11
• Hot Shots (required)
• DP & XCEL Pre-Team (required)

When registering to participate in the Show Meet, it's important to block off the entire weekend. You will ultimately be assigned a specific time on one of the dates above in which your gymnast will perform. The schedules are set in stone and are not able to be changed so if you find a personal schedule conflict with either date, unfortunately it's best to not register for this event!

The formal Rotation Schedule (the specific day and time of each gymnast performing) will be emailed to families two weeks prior to the Show Meet weekend.

Show Meet Custom Leotard
Every Show Meet season we also have a customized leotard specially designed to commemorate this special event! The purchase of these specialized leotards are not mandatory but are extremely popular and are strongly encouraged for team spirit and unity throughout the gym and for the event.

We are continuing to collaborate with Bold & Grit Active Wear who has designed multiple customized leotards for Precizion 509. Sizers will be provided in the Main Gym Pro-Shop (northwest corner at the end of the cubby hallway) in order to try on and confidently order what size of leotard your gymnast will need.

Show Meet Registration Cost: $75**

**Each Show Meet registration includes 2 admissions tickets for any spectator ages 2 and up. Additional tickets will be available for purchase closer to the date of the event and at the door. Invite your friends, family, and teachers!

**Your child MUST be actively enrolled in classes from day of sign up through the end of October in order to participate.

Show Meet Leotard sales begins: Monday, July 6th

**Yes, ONLY FOUR WEEKS to preorder! Preordering your Show Meet leotard by Monday, July 27th will guarantee your gymnast's leotard and size. We do order extra Show Meet leotards that will be available for purchase for those that do not preorder, however they are until supplies last and are first come, first serve. We make no size or inventory guarantees for those that do not preorder.

We are SO excited to go on this adventure with you again this year! This is by far our most favorite event we do as a gym staff and we appreciate that so many of our P509 families have been such constant supporters and participants every year for this special weekend. We can't wait to create more memories with you this year!
