Advanced Girls 6-8 and 9-11

For gymnasts ready to level up, our Advanced Girls Gymnastics classes are designed for athletes who have mastered their beginner class and are eager to take on bigger skills, sharper technique, and more focused training.

By coach recommendation only, these classes introduce more complex gymnastics elements while continuing to refine foundational technique—think stronger shaping, precise lunges, and confident execution of cartwheels, handstands, back walkovers, and more. Athletes will work on mastering skills across all events: bars, beam, floor, and vault, with advanced drills and progressions that challenge both body and mind.

In addition to learning new skills, your child will continue building strength, flexibility, and fearless confidence. These classes emphasize consistent effort, overcoming mental and physical hurdles, and finding joy in progress—whether it’s a polished back walkover or a new leap on beam.

To support this advanced level of training, athletes are required to attend at least two classes per week.
