  • What age can my child start classes?

    You can start gymnastics classes as early as one year old! According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, children and adolescents should do at least one hour of physical activity per day to support cardiovascular health and build flexibility.

  • What skills are learned in preschool gymnastics?

    In preschool gymnastics, your child will learn body dexterity, the names of the equipment, positions and moves, and core motor functions of the body. For more information, call us today!

  • What is Urban Gym?

    Urban Gym is correlated to parkour and free running. We offer recreational and competitive gymnastics courses as well as co-ed courses for many ages.

  • What is tumble?

    Tumble is exclusively floor and trampoline training. We offer co-ed courses for many ages. This is great for any floor training to build any skills needed, including strength and conditioning. For more information on our gymnastics offerings, contact us today!

  • How does my kid join a team?

    Are you currently enrolled in our recreational gymnastics program and interested in being evaluated for our competitive team program? The first step is talk to your child's current coach! Our Rec Coaches are all trained and versed in our competitive team program's skill expectations and can guide you as to where your athlete stands and what the next steps are!


    Are you a competitive gymnast moving to Colorado Springs or looking for another gym home? Here is our process to be evaluated!

    Please have the following information available:

    Gymnast Name (first and last)

    DOB and age

    Former club(s)

    Most recent competed level

    Number of hours trained per week

    Most recent training or competition footage


    2. Bring your athlete in for a private (coach-athlete) evaluation


    Fee for evaluation is $40, to be paid prior to evaluation. Following the evaluation, coaches will discuss the proper fit for your athlete.


    If your athlete is not prepared for one of our teams, we will provide you with alternate options.


    If we decide to move forward with your athlete, we will discuss the proper team group to have your athlete do a trial in.
