Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties at Precizion have been voted "Colorado Springs Best of the Best," and we can't wait to host you on your child's special day! We host our parties on Saturdays and Sundays, and your two P509 Party Hosts will provide organized games based off the ages of your party children and will supervise the open gym portion of your party which includes our bouncy slide, tumble trak, foam pit, and euro trampoline. You receive one hour of play time in our 18,000 sq. ft. facility and then 45 minutes in the party room!

The cost for a party at P509 is $200 (plus CASH tips to coaches on the day of). A $100 non-refundable deposit is due the day of booking. Your booking includes up to 15 children (including the party child) as well as tablecloths, napkins, plates, silverware, cups, and lemonade.

To ensure you have the best party experience, please inform us if you are expecting your party to exceed 15 children! There is an additional cost of $10 per child if you go over the 15 child headcount, but no worries, we do the final headcount on the day of!

Every adult and child attending the birthday party MUST have a waiver signed in order to participate in the gym activities and games. These are provided at the front desk or you may create an online account with us and do it digitally.

**The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to the rebooking of a party at a later date if the original party reservation is cancelled. If the party is not rescheduled for a new date, the deposit is credited to the family account for future use at Precizion 509. This credit will never expire and can be used on any merchandise or class tuition at the gym. If the party reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled party time, the deposit will be forfeited completely.** 

Parent's Night Out

Parent's Night Out (PNO) is a coach supervised open gym event we host on pre-selected Saturday's from 6:30-9:30 pm throughout the year and is available for everyone to attend, members and non-members!

Cost is $20 for the first child, $15 for each additional sibling! For an additional fee our P509 Booster will also feed your kiddos dinner!

Ages permitted to attend are 5-13 years old.

Does your child's school have an active PTO that likes to fundraise? Reach out to our P509 Special Events Coordinator! We offer our infamous PNO events as an opportunity to collaborate and fundraise for your school of choice with 100% of the proceeds (not a typo!) going to your school!

Adventure Gym

SPECTATOR ADVENTURE GYM

A coach supervised open gym for children ages FIVE and younger whose parent/guardian needs to be in the building with them. The parent/guardian is permitted to be on the gym floor with their child. Older siblings are invited to attend as long as their younger siblings are in attendance!

Wednesday mornings from 9-11am.**

Reservations are strongly suggested as this event tends to sell out in advance and walk ins are not guaranteed accommodation due to our coach to child safety ratios.

DROP OFF ADVENTURE GYM

A coach-supervised open gym for 5-17-year-olds who may be dropped off by the parent/guardian or is welcome to sit in the parent section to observe and use our guest WIFI!

These events are held on specifically designated Fridays throughout the year from 9-11am.**

**Spectator and Drop Off Adventure Gym can have a varying schedule during the June/July summer months on an annual basis, so please inquire with our Front Office staff to see what our summer schedules are for these events as they are subject to change based off atypical gym availability!!
