Our Beginner Tumbling class is designed for athletes who want to master the basics of flipping, rolling, and flying with power and precision.
You’ll learn key tumbling techniques like cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, kickovers, and more—along with proper form, shaping, and body control to set you up for advanced tricks. Each class includes strength-building drills and flexibility work to help you move stronger, faster, and safer.
We train on the spring floor, Air Trak, Tumble Trak, and the trampoline to build confidence and height in your skills.
Whether you’re aiming to land your first back handspring for cheer, improve your acrobatic flair for martial arts, or add explosive movement to your dance routines—this class is your launchpad.
