Hi, I’m Coach Bri! I moved to Colorado in 2018 from Virginia, and I am absolutely in love with my new home. I was a JO Level 6 gymnast, and I also did competitive cheer and dance! When I was 17, I started coaching, and I love it with all my heart! Currently, I am the head coach of our XCEL Silver team and XCEL Pre-team! I am a master of all trades here at the gym, so you will see me in lots of different roles!

Coach Jackie
Learn More
I am happy to represent Wisconsin as I was born and raised on a 272-acre dairy farm outside the tiny burg of Stitzer, Wisconsin. In my heart I am always a country girl, Wisconsin pride (yes, this includes the Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Brewers!), and with that comes a long line of hard work taught to me by my incredible parents, Bruce and Jan, brother Chris as well as both maternal and paternal grandparents. I have figured out how to adapt to city life (this is a big city to me!) but am always a country girl.
My sports background includes club gymnastics for 14.5 years, dance for ten years and track and field for 3.5 years in high school as well as my first semester of college. I attained Level 10 status and competed but chose to bump back to Level 9 to be able to earn a berth to Westerns my senior year of high school which I did, earning second place on vault! After losing my last club year to a second blown ACL while attending the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, I transferred to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Each year we had to try out for the gymnastics team, and I’m a proud and grateful four-year member of that team! We were team NCGA champions for three of my four years!
Dancing is also a huge passion of mine and my love of dance has brought me into the world of gymnastics choreography for the past twelve years. This past year I also got back into dance classes and finally got to be on stage again in a ballet number!
My time in track and field has truly honed my abilities as a vault coach. In my three years of high school track, I medaled at State each year and became MVP and co-captain my senior year.
In addition to my own involvement and coaching in this sport, I am also a USAG Accredited Official through Level 10. Although I am heavily immersed in the gymnastics world, I enjoy getting out and trying new experiences like solo vacations, learning to Salsa, and ziplining! No matter the struggle, my life experiences thus far have brought me to say, “Trust me when I tell you it’s all worth it!" God is good all of the time, and all of the time, God is good!

Hi, I'm Lucas, and originally, I'm from North Carolina. I started teaching parkour for P509 in 2022! When I was younger, coach Cole was my coach, and since then I've always found it interesting! I am also a member of the Special Events staff here.
My favorite sport is baseball. Additionally, I also currently compete for a traveling high-school team for Armed Drill and Ceremony and helped my team become state champions in 2021!

Coach Alissa
Learn More
Hi, I’m Alissa! I’ve lived in Colorado pretty much my whole life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I enjoy hanging out with friends, paddle boarding, watching the sunrise/sunset, and stargazing.
From the age of seven, I originally began doing competitive cheer. I ended up winning several 1st place and 2nd place awards but switched to gymnastics in 2018, and I fell in love with the sport.
The coaches at P509 and the family environment they provide are amazing. My love for the sport and the fact that I want to become a teacher one day has led me towards this path of working special events. I hope this will eventually lead towards coaching athletes in the future. I am excited to face the upcoming challenges I will encounter head on!

Coach Linsey
Learn More
Hi, my name is Linsey! I grew up in North Carolina and am excited to now be in the Colorado Springs area! My time with Precizion began in October 2022, and I'm excited for the new opportunities here!
I grew up doing gymnastics and competed up to level 9. I loved my time doing this sport and I'm thrilled to share my knowledge and pass it on to others. Gymnastics has always been a part of my life and I truly look forward to keeping this sport in my life!
Outside of gymnastics I enjoy training my dog, hiking, and rock climbing.
My journey into coaching began when I realized that my true passion was in helping others reach their potential. After years as a gymnast, I transitioned into coaching, starting with recreational levels. I quickly became fascinated by the development of athletes, and that led me to coaching advanced recreational which provided the foundation to coach at higher levels.
My coaching career with Precizion began in 2022. In 2024, I became the head coach of both the XCEL Gold team and the Compulsory Level three team. Working with these athletes has been incredibly fulfilling, especially as I watch them grow, not only as gymnasts but as individuals. I take great pride in fostering an environment where my gymnasts can thrive: pushing them to be their best while also teaching them the value of hard work and perseverance.
As I have progressed as an employee, I was given the opportunity to take on a leadership role within Precizion 509. Stepping into this position allowed me to expand my impact beyond just coaching. I now have the privilege of helping shape the direction of our programs, mentoring other coaches, and contributing to the overall growth of the gym. It’s been an exciting challenge to balance coaching with leadership, but it’s one that’s allowed me to refine my skills in both areas.
I’m proud of the journey I’ve had and the athletes I’ve helped along the way. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and excited for what’s ahead—both in coaching and in my leadership role within Precizion 509.

Hi, I’m Daniel! My whole life I’ve enjoyed running, climbing, jumping, and any other fun way of getting from one place to another. When I was young, I took gymnastics classes, but as soon as I heard about parkour, I knew I needed to get into it. I started taking parkour classes in high school, and they were always the highlight of my week! My coaches were awesome and did a great job teaching, motivating, and driving me to be the best I could be. Now, as a coach at Precizion 509, I hope to pass that on as I help other kids get into this sport!

Besides gymnastics, I’m a huge book nerd, love snowboarding, cuddling with my animals, and spending time with friends and family!
The P509 family has helped me grow so much, and I can’t wait to continue to grow along with your kids in this amazing sport!

Hi, I'm Sara, and I've lived in Colorado almost all my life. I started gymnastics when I was three years old and immediately knew it was for me! I did competitive gymnastics for six years with P509, then decided to stop. I ended my career as an XCEL Platinum gymnast!
Although I'm not doing gymnastics anymore, I have the privilege of coaching it here at Precizion 509! I currently coach pre-school and Girls 6-8 (my favorite age groups)! I find it so exciting to watch the kids have fun and love gymnastics just like I did. Additionally, I'm excited I get to watch the kids grow and that I will be a part of their journey! Outside of being at the gym I love writing, cooking, traveling, and trying new things.

Coach Rachel H.

Howdy there! My name is Rachel, and I am excited to coach at Precizion 509. I am new to living in Colorado as of summer of 2023, due to me living on the east coast most of my life. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, but I claim Georgia as home. My alma mater is the University of North Georgia in 2018, where I graduated with a bachelor’s in biology/pre-med.
During the day I am an active-duty Army Officer, but before that I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years. Due to me not being able to sit still as a child, my parents enrolled me in gymnastics when I was three years old. I did Acrobatics for the first three years and competed as a USAG gymnast for eight years where I reached Level 7 before leaving the sport in high school.
My love for the sport, which made me disciplined and adaptive to life’s challenges, has drawn me back in and blessed me with the chance to coach your children. If I have the pleasure of having a hand in your children falling in love with the sport as much as I did, I will go home feeling so ecstatic and fulfilled. I look forward to meeting all the new families that choose to be a part of the P509 Team!

Gymnastics taught me many valuable lessons such as mental toughness, work ethic, and perseverance! I want to help kids grow in these areas as well as their physical abilities!
Another passion of mine is fitness and health. When I am not doing gymnastics I enjoy swing dancing, outdoor activities, and Star Wars!

Coach Lauren H.
Learn More
Hello! I am Coach Lauren. I enjoyed my time as a gymnast at Precizion 509 since way back when it was called Aerials East Gymnastics. P509 quickly became my second home. For ten years, I was a student and eventually competitive XCEL athlete here. Mid-year of 2022 I decided to quit gymnastics and join both high school and elite all-star cheer. However, gymnastics has always been the biggest part of my life, and I couldn't just abandon it. Therefore, I decided to join the Junior Leader Mentorship Program. About a year later I got offered a position as a P509 coach! I am very excited to work with all of my future kiddos and become the best coach I possibly can over the upcoming years.

Coach Taylor

Hi I’m Coach Taylor! I am the Rec Director here at Precizion 509. I have been with P509 since 2023. During my time here I have coached Rec, Advanced Rec and the XCEL Bronze team. I am thrilled to be in the Rec Director role to continue promoting the positive environment here at Precizion! My goal is to inspire gymnasts to grow, develop, and build confidence both in the gym and beyond.
Having been a gymnast as a child, I know firsthand the challenges and rewards that come with this sport. My experiences shaped my coaching philosophy, which centers around creating a supportive and motivating environment where every gymnast feels empowered to improve. Today I coach a range of athletes, from recreational gymnasts to advanced recreational students and XCEL Bronze team athletes. Whether someone is just starting out or working toward more complex skills, I work with each gymnast to help them reach their full potential. It’s important to me that every athlete has the chance to develop strong fundamentals while feeling supported and motivated.
As a leader, I take pride in fostering a positive and engaging environment for both gymnasts and fellow coaches. I believe that effective communication, encouragement, and a shared sense of excitement about gymnastics make all the difference in helping athletes succeed. Whether coaching beginners or advanced athletes, I am dedicated to bringing out the best in each gymnast, pushing them to work hard while also making sure they have fun!
In my role as Recreational Director, my commitment is to continue promoting development, community, and a love for gymnastics at Precizion 509. I am excited to provide every gymnast with the tools they need to succeed and am grateful to be a part of such a supportive and inspiring gymnastics community.

Coach Eli

As the Parkour Manager, I bring over seven years of experience in gymnastics and parkour, combining my passion for movement with a strong commitment to safety and progression. Originally from Klamath Falls, Oregon, I’ve been calling Peyton, Colorado home since 2023, where I’ve continued to grow as both an athlete and a coach.
My journey started with gymnastics, which gave me a solid foundation in body awareness, control, and technique. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep respect for the balance between pushing limits and knowing when to hold back. I believe that parkour isn’t just about big moves—it’s about smart training, creativity, and learning to adapt to any environment.
Lately, my biggest joy has been sharing parkour with my little girls, teaching them the fundamentals and watching them discover the fun and freedom of movement. This experience has only reinforced my passion for coaching and making parkour accessible to all ages and skill levels.
Outside the gym, I’m always on the lookout for new spots to train—whether it’s an overlooked alleyway, an unexpected rooftop, or a unique structure just waiting to be explored. I love the challenge of seeing the world differently and finding new ways to move through it.
For me, parkour is more than just a sport—it’s a mindset, a way to build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of community. My goal is to help others discover their own potential while creating a space where athletes can train safely, challenge themselves, and push past their limits in a supportive environment.

Hello, I’m Olivia! I grew up near Denver and moved to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2023!
I started doing gymnastics when I was super tiny, about three or four years old. After two years, I took a break for a bit and thankfully got back into it when I turned nine. Since then, I was running around my house doing jumps and cartwheels and the like! Eventually, I joined the cheer program my freshman year in high school. It started out a little rough, but by the time I became a senior, I was one of the best bases on my team! Cheerleading is very dear to me, and Precizion lets me teach others about the sport I love!
Additionally I coached at another gym near Denver for about two years, teaching a variety of different rec classes. I still have a bracelet one of my students made for me on my keys! Precizion brings me back to that feeling of teaching however, I see so much more opportunity as this gym is incredible (and huge!!). I’m very excited to become full fledged coach with P509 :)

Recently I have pursued more athletic endeavors as well, making 2 appearances on the National Parkour Team (2022, 2024) with intentions to train for the 2028 Olympics hosted in LA.
Outside of parkour I work in accounts payable, play soccer, and enjoy the mountains year-round through backpacking and snowboarding. I love movies, video games, and music alongside an assortment of mostly historical and philosophical podcasts.
I look forward to working with your family!

Coach Trisha

Learn More
Trisha has been coaching gymnastics since 1999. Trisha’s personal gymnastics journey is the reason she became a coach. She learned how hard work, dedication and commitment can propel anyone toward his/her goals. She loves teaching young athletes and pushing them to reach their potential. Her favorite things are watching gymnasts overcome obstacles and realize how amazing they are!
Back in the day, she was a competitive level 9 gymnast from Colorado Aerials and competed at many Regional meets and Level 9 Westerns. Her best events were beam and floor. As a coach, her passion is coaching bars, vault, tumbling and strength/conditioning!
Education:
Trisha has her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. She minored in Nutrition and Psychology. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which she earned through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She remains current with this highly distinctive certification. This certification helps Trisha as a coach and program director in the science of injury prevention and the individualized approach to each athlete.
Coaching Education:
Trisha has attended many Gymnastics Coaching seminars, clinics, congresses and boot camps lead by the best of best: the national training staff. Trisha is so passionate about continuing education that she invests in this every year. The sport of gymnastics is always changing and we can never learn enough!
Coaching:
Her favorite event is bars. The mechanics, physics and beauty are so intriguing! But, she loves all four events and loves seeing every gymnast as a whole athlete. Trisha has had many athletes become State Champions (events and AA) and qualify to Regionals and Western National Championships. P509’s program has grown from zero team athletes in 2009 to over 70 in 2020. She is incredibly competitive and foresees several of P509’s athletes earning college scholarships in the next few years. P509's first full ride gymnastics scholarship was earned in 2021 to Alexa Kabat (one of Trisha and Sam's athletes) who is committed to the Air Force Academy. She is a very driven coach with a strong technical eye and high expectations. But, she always remembers to have fun and make sure the kids can still “be kids". To say she loves this sport is an understatement. She is so passionate about gymnastics, teaching and coaching.

Hi, I'm Emory!
After many years of competitive dance when I was young, I walked into a gym one day that was offering gymnastics. After sitting down and watching the "big girls" train one day, the sport of gymnastics was love at first sight for me, and I would not let it go! Shortly after, my journey here at Precizion began back in 2010 as athlete.
Throughout my 8 years in the sport, I rapidly moved up level by level, competing every season through level 9 at the state and regional level. By the age of 15 I became a nationally ranked level 9 and was training level 10 for two more years after that. I was offered college scholarships over those years before an injury forced me to retire my gymnastics career. I later invested time into other sports like Acro and Tumbling and Competitive Diving which lead me to college at the University of Utah! I ended up coming back to Colorado Springs and graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Business Management.
My academic and athletic background laid the foundation for my coaching career, which began in 2018 at Precizion 509 Gymnastics. Over the years, I’ve grown into a leadership role, currently serving as DP Compulsory Director and head coach for Levels 4, 5, and 7, while also assisting with optional levels 8-10. My commitment and my dedication took me so far so quickly as and athlete, and I knew I wanted to foster that intention into other athletes in this sport.

Hi, I’m Victoria, I’m 28 years old, and I’m from Long Beach, California! I am proud to coach many programs at Precizion 509, from parent and tot, preschool, and rec classes to being an assistant coach for the XCEL Gold and Platinum team. I also help out with special events and in the front office!
I started gymnastics when I was three years old, and it’s been a part of my life ever since! I began competing with a YMCA program at age ten, reaching Level 9 by the end of high school. In my two years as a Level 9, I achieved the title of All-American at YMCA Nationals, placing in the top 10 of the Championship division (Level 9&10). After high school I went on to become a professional sports photographer with a company that shoots gymnastics and diving competitions nation-wide. Fun fact: I photographed Simone Biles at her Elite qualifier meet in 2011! I started coaching gymnastics during college and realized how passionate I was about not just doing, but teaching the sport!
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors in Art (photography) and a minor in Communication. In 2017 I married my college sweetheart while he was serving in the Marine Corps. After he finished his tour, we went overseas as missionaries but were brought home after eight months due to COVID-19. We are so happy that we moved to Colorado Springs, and are proud to call it home.
I still love practicing gymnastics and am amazed at what my body can still do after being retired for ten years! Some passions I have outside the gym are snowboarding, baking, reading, and line dancing. I’m overjoyed at the opportunity to invest in the future generations here at P509. I believe as a coach I can have a huge impact on what kids think about themselves and what they’re capable of, which is why you’ll hear my kids say, “We are strong, we are brave, and we are kind” at the beginning of all the classes I coach. I believe these three things are foundational to being a well-rounded and confident individual, which I hope to instill in every kid I get to coach.

Hello! My name is Katie Christian and was raised in Colorado Springs, but born in Oklahoma, so BOOMER SOONER!!
I grew up in club soccer, on into the collegiate level, so I love working at the gym and the sports/club atmosphere!
I have my BA in Mass Communications/Journalism with a minor in Marketing. My first job out of college was actually working for the local Colorado Springs newspaper, The Gazette, as a high school prep sports reporter!
I also have two kiddos who you'll see around the gym from time to time!
Playing sports, basically my whole life, taught me so much about how to time manage school and even adult life here after. I understand the value and the important life lessons that can be learned from such a young age and then implemented into adulthood. I have been at Precizion since the spring of 2018 and am so grateful for all the professional and personal growth opportunities that Luke & Trisha have bestowed upon me while being here!

I am happy to represent Wisconsin as I was born and raised on a 272 acre dairy farm outside the tiny burg of Stitzer, Wisconsin. In my heart I am always a country girl, Wisconsin pride (yes this includes the Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Brewers!), and with that comes a long line of hard work taught to me my incredible parents, Bruce and Jan, brother Chris as well as both maternal and paternal grandparents. I have figured out how to adapt to city life (this is a big city to me!), but am always a country girl.
My sports background includes club gymnastics for 14.5 years, dance for ten years and track and field for 3.5 years in high school as well as my first semester of college. I attained Level 10 status and competed, but chose to bump back to Level 9 to be able to earn a berth to Westerns my senior year of high school which I did, earning second place on vault! After losing my last club year to a second blown ACL while attending the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, I transferred to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Each year we had to try out for the gymnastics team, and I’m a proud and grateful four year member of that team! We were team NCGA champions three of my four years!
Dancing is also a huge passion of mine and my love of dance has brought me into the world of gymnastics choreography for the past twelve years. This past year I also got back into dance classes and finally got to be on stage again in a ballet number!
My time in track and field has truly honed my abilities as a vault coach. In my three years of high school track I medaled at State each year and became MVP and co-Captain my senior year.

Hello, I am Nicole. I am a mother of four with my fifth on the way in 2023. I was raised in Colorado and have enjoyed all that Colorado has to offer with my kids. Though I am new to the world of gymnastics, I have played sports all my life including soccer, softball, and golf in high school, and ice hockey and fencing in college.
I studied Criminal Justice at UCCS, which I went on to use working in the youth corrections system helping adolescents in the community. Additionally I have worked for non-profits helping put a stop to modern day human trafficking. My work experience has allowed me to work with people at some of their most trying times and taught me the power of empathy and caring.
Being a mother of four, I have been able to encompass what I have learned from my background in sports and my careers into daily life. I enjoy teaching my kids the values of team work, trying new things, and caring for each other. It is something I hope to bring to the gymnastics community and all the individuals I come in contact with. I am grateful to be part of the Precizion Team.
